Job Description
A company headquartered in Boulder, Colorado is looking to add a Business Analyst to their growing team. In this role, you will partner closely with Program Managers and cross‑functional teams to support the successful delivery of client and internal initiatives by driving clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. You will lead discovery efforts with customers and internal stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements, facilitating workshops, interviews, and working sessions to uncover root needs and success criteria. This role involves translating business requirements into clear, well‑organized documentation such as user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications, while working with delivery teams to ensure solutions align with business outcomes. You will act as a secondary customer‑facing point of contact for requirements and solution clarification, document meeting outcomes and decisions, and proactively identify risks, gaps, or misalignment. Additionally, you will support change control discussions, participate in test planning and UAT to ensure requirements are testable and complete, and continuously improve documentation standards and communication processes to enable effective delivery. This position will be based in Orlando, FL with a hybrid work schedule requiring a minimum of 2 days onsite per week for team collaboration. Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a comparable role supporting technology initiatives
• Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements across diverse stakeholder groups
• Experience working with enterprise systems, with a solid understanding of finance and HRIS environments
• Strong capability to translate business needs into clear, well‑structured functional and/or technical documentation
• Excellent written communication skills, with a track record of producing high‑quality, organized artifacts
• Experience partnering cross‑functionally with program managers, delivery teams, and customers
• Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies, including user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and backlog refinement
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, or similar ecosystems
• Comfort communicating through email, video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet), and messaging platforms (Slack, Teams)
• Experience using Asana or similar work management tools
• Proficiency with program or project management systems
• Exposure to system integrations, data flows, and basic data mapping
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and test planning activities
• Background in change management or scope impact analysis
Experience creating reusable templates and establishing documentation standards
