Job Description

We are seeking an Advertising Strategy & Performance Manager to support the development of a modern, ad‑supported TV platform. This role will serve as the internal subject‑matter expert on advertising performance, measurement, and industry standards, helping ensure that our TV advertising capabilities meet real‑world advertiser and agency expectations. As an individual contributor, you will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to define performance frameworks, benchmarks, and standards for TV advertising—particularly in brand‑focused environments. Your work will help establish confidence, consistency, and credibility in how advertising performance is measured and evaluated as the platform continues to evolve.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience within an analytical or product focused role
• Experience with supporting Advertising, digital signage, and campaign strategy
• Familiarity with advertising standards, measurement frameworks, or industry benchmarks
• Exposure to early‑stage, emerging, or evolving ad‑supported platforms
Experience differentiating brand advertising requirements from performance‑oriented models
