Job Description

• Support world cup initiatives
• Provide technical support for live and recorded television productions across studios and production control rooms
• Support and maintain broadcast production systems, performing troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
• Monitor ticketing systems, respond to support requests, and resolve assigned issues
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams on projects, system upgrades, and enhancements
• Support virtualization and cloud initiatives for production systems
• Monitor system availability and health to ensure high‑performance production operations
• Create and update configuration documentation, SOPs, and training materials

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of recent experience supporting television production, streaming, or master control environments
• Hands‑on experience supporting broadcast production equipment including video routers, production switchers, audio consoles, graphics and playback systems, studio cameras, encoders, and wireless audio
• Experience supporting live television productions in multi‑studio or control room environments
• Willingness to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays based on production schedules

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting virtualization or cloud‑based production systems (on‑prem or cloud)
• Programming or scripting experience (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• Experience with systems monitoring tools such as Datadog, Op5, New Relic, or similar
• Ability to provide clear technical feedback and adapt quickly in live production environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
