Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a Finance Automation Specialist for a time‑bound pilot focused on automating high‑impact finance processes using Microsoft Power Automate and Copilot Studio. This role will embed within Finance to deliver production‑ready automations that reduce manual effort, improve controls, and accelerate close and reporting cycles. The engagement is outcome‑driven, with clear success metrics and an emphasis on documentation and knowledge transfer for long‑term ownership.

Day‑to‑Day
• Identify and prioritize finance automation opportunities with stakeholders
• Design, build, test, and deploy Power Automate workflows
• Develop targeted Copilot Studio use cases for finance operations
• Automate repeatable processes such as AP workflows, reconciliations, and reporting
• Deliver 3–5 production‑ready automations during the pilot
• Define and track efficiency and time‑savings metrics
• Document solutions and provide structured knowledge transfer
• Advise on Microsoft licensing, prerequisites, and platform dependencies

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves
• Hands‑on experience building Power Automate cloud flows, including approvals and integrations
• Experience building solutions in Copilot Studio, including flows that leverage Power Automate
• Proven delivery of production‑ready automations
• Ability to partner directly with business stakeholders and translate requirements into solutions
• Experience documenting solutions and enabling clean handoff to internal teams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses
• Strong understanding of core finance processes (AP, reconciliations, close, reporting)
• Familiarity with Power Apps, SharePoint, Excel, Teams, and Power BI
• Experience in finance‑heavy or regulated environments
• SQL experience
