Job Description

Own IT projects end to end, from intake and planning through delivery and closeout
Define project scope, goals, timelines, and dependencies
Build and manage detailed project plans and schedules
Lead business analysis and requirements gathering efforts
Coordinate work across IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors
Track progress, manage risks and issues, and drive mitigation plans
Ensure quality and completeness of project deliverables
Provide clear, regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership
Apply Agile and Waterfall best practices to improve delivery and team performance
Lead retrospectives and drive continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years working with IT systems or applications, including 3+ years managing IT projects
Proven experience leading large-scale IT projects (software and/or infrastructure)
Strong understanding of the full SDLC with hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Experience working with cross-functional teams (business, IT, vendors, leadership)
Strong risk, issue, and change management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
Experience using tools like Jira and Confluence
