Job Description
A client of Insight Global’s is looking to hire a Product Owner to join their team. This role is a 12 month (1 year) fully remote contract. This position will act as the Product Owner for a team that in the process of a large Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation. The Product Owner will provide product leadership, functional ownership, and delivery oversight for Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud applications. This role requires a strong functional background in Oracle HCM and the ability to represent business needs across HR, Payroll, and Benefits while partnering with technical delivery teams. They will manage product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria as well as communicate with stakeholders. This candidate will have several years of experience as a product owner, Hands‑on experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud, and strong communication/stakeholder management experience. Although the role is remote, the ideal candidate would be located in Tampa, FL.

Required Skills & Experience
- Hands‑on experience as a Product Owner supporting Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Strong functional knowledge of HR, Payroll, and Benefits business processes.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery teams.
- Experience evaluating and implementing Oracle HCM quarterly updates.
- Proven ability to manage product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
