Job Description
We are seeking an elite UiPath RPA Architect to serve as the foundational pillar of the RPA team in Digital Experience (DX) function at a MedTech company. This is an absolute mission-critical, "Player-Coach" role within a demanding, fast-paced Healthcare Technology environment. You will own the technical destiny of our automation program, architecting and coding our most complex solutions from scratch (Greenfield), while simultaneously rehabilitating existing legacy automations (Brownfield). We need a leader with immense technical breadth and holistic, strategic thinking. You are a technical guru who understands that RPA is just one piece of the puzzle. You will sit with leaders, challenge requirements, and design end-to-end solutions that leverage the right enterprise integration patterns to build resilient, scalable digital workforces.
We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years in Enterprise IT, with 5+ years specifically in advanced UiPath Architecture and Development.
• Enterprise Integration & Breadth: Deep understanding of modern architecture and integration design patterns. You must know when to use Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), batch ETL/ELT processes, synchronous vs. asynchronous APIs, or Real-time data streaming alongside traditional RPA
• UiPath Mastery: Deep, hands-on expertise with Studio, Orchestrator, ReFramework, UI Automation, API integrations, and background processes.
• Coding Proficiency: Advanced programming skills in C# / .NET or VB.NET. Ability to write custom activities, complex LINQ queries, and custom scripts.
• Data & Integrations: Expert in SQL Server (stored procedures, complex joins), REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML parsing, and Web Services.
• Strategic & Holistic Thinker: Does not just look at the immediate task, but zooms out to understand how a bot impacts upstream and downstream systems, applying broad technical breadth to solve problems comprehensively rather than applying 'band-aids.
• The "Guru" Mindset: Possesses extreme technical depth but leaves the ego at the door; a relentless problem solver who thrives on "impossible" technical challenges.
• Executive Gravitas: Has the confidence and communication skills to push back on demanding stakeholders when a process is not automation-ready, offering better, scalable alternatives.
• Resilience: Unfazed by high-pressure situations, tight deadlines, and Stage-1 production escalations.
• Ability to be a servant leader and mentor others
