Staff Accountant – INTL Mexico

A client in the hospitality industry in Cabo, Mexico, is seeking 2 Staff Accountants to support core accounting functions. This role is responsible for general ledger accounting activities including journal entries, balance sheet and bank reconciliations, and assisting with month‑end and year‑end close in accordance with GAAP. The Staff Accountant will support financial reporting, research and resolve discrepancies, assist with audit requests, and maintain accurate financial records while working within an ERP environment such as Oracle or a similar system. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required), at least 3 years of accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, hands‑on reconciliation experience, and excellent attention to detail. Hospitality industry experience is highly preferred, along with experience using Oracle or comparable ERP systems. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a strong plus.
