Job Description
This role is responsible for configuring, supporting, and optimizing Workday Financial Management while partnering closely with Finance and Accounting to deliver scalable solutions. Day to day, the individual supports integrations between Workday and Strata, ensures accurate financial data flows for budgeting and forecasting, designs and maintains reports and dashboards, and troubleshoots transactional and system issues. The role also supports month end and year end close activities, provides end user support and documentation, and participates in governance and capacity planning discussions across Workday Financials, HCM, Supply Chain, and UKG where financial data intersects.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Accounting, IT)
- 3+ years supporting Workday Financials with strong knowledge of data structures, processes, and security
- Experience with financial planning/budgeting tools and Workday integrations
- Proficient in Workday reporting and financial analysis (reports, dashboards, reconciliations)
- Strong ability to analyze financial data flows and integrations end to end
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration, analytical, and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting Strata and/or Huron in a healthcare or academic medical center environment
- Strong understanding of healthcare finance (cost accounting, service lines, labor, capital planning)
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, close, audit, and regulatory reporting processes
- Experience with ERP/financial system post–go-live stabilization, optimization, and data governance
- Familiarity with UKG/Kronos, enterprise analytics tools (Power BI/Tableau), and financial reconciliations
