This primary care clinic in Boca Raton, FL is seeking two experienced Medical Assistants to support a growing provider team following a complete staff turnover. The clinic needs dependable, skilled MAs who can immediately contribute to both clinical and administrative operations.
This is a hands‑on role requiring confidence in patient care, front desk responsibilities, and EMR documentation. The ideal candidate is adaptable, efficient, and comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities in a busy primary care environment.

Required Skills & Experience
Must‑Have Qualifications
• Certified Medical Assistant or Medical Assisting Diploma
• Strong front‑office and back‑office experience
• Comfortable with blood draws and injections
• Experience using EMR systems (eClinicalWorks preferred)
• Ability to hit the ground running in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Nice‑to‑Have Experience
• Experience performing EKGs
• Experience with PFTs (training available)
Prior experience in high‑volume primary care settings
