Job Description
The Communications Lead develops and executes strategic internal and external communications that align with corporate objectives and strengthen the company’s brand and reputation. This role partners closely with Global Public Affairs and cross‑functional leaders to deliver impactful messaging, support change initiatives, manage issues and crises, and oversee external agency resources.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement integrated internal and external communications strategies aligned with business priorities.
Partner with global and functional stakeholders (HR, IT, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Public Affairs, D&I, etc.) to deliver consistent, on‑brand messaging.
Lead employee communications and engagement efforts, including brand storytelling, change management, and executive communications.
Create and deliver content across multiple channels (digital platforms, newsletters, social media, video, webinars, and visual assets), leveraging analytics to drive engagement.
Draft executive-level articles, announcements, presentations, and talking points with appropriate tone and key messages.
Ensure all communications are clear, compelling, grammatically accurate, and aligned with company brand and culture.
Manage external agencies and support additional Public Affairs and Communications initiatives as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Political Science, Law, or related field, with 6+ years of experience leading multi‑channel communications strategies.
Proven success working autonomously in highly matrixed environments, partnering closely with multiple departments simultaneously and managing heavy, competing workloads.
Strong ability to cut through complexity, connect day‑to‑day execution to broader business objectives, and keep work moving forward amid ambiguity.
Demonstrated experience supporting and advising executive‑level leaders, including drafting sensitive, high‑visibility communications and presentations.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills, with high business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
