Job Description
We are seeking a hands‑on, business‑facing Business Intelligence Analyst to own and scale Power BI reporting across the organization. This individual will partner closely with business leaders and IT/data teams to transform complex data into clear, trusted insights within a governed analytics environment. This role is execution‑oriented and ideal for someone who can operate independently, lead in‑person working sessions, and own Power BI solutions end‑to‑end—from data analysis and semantic modeling to DAX and report delivery.

Required Skills & Experience
3–5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or reporting roles
Strong Power BI expertise, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development
Solid SQL skills with the ability to write and modify queries
Experience supporting self‑service analytics and Citizen IT models within a governed Power BI environment
Strong understanding of business operations, KPIs, and performance metrics
Comfortable working independently and leading in‑person stakeholder conversations
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, business‑partner mindset
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Performance tuning or optimization experience
Report rationalization or BI modernization projects
Prior consulting or highly business‑facing analyst experience
