Job Description
A large, full-service insurance brokerage is seeking an Insurance Coordinator to support a growing book of business within the construction and specialty trades space. This role supports commercial clients with a focus on pool service, custom homebuilder, and construction-related accounts. The coordinator will manage a smaller commercial book and handle day-to-day policy servicing while continuing to build deeper exposure to endorsements and construction-specific coverages. Manage and service a smaller commercial book of business ($800K–$1.5M in revenue)
Handle certificates of insurance (COIs), including construction-related requirements
Process endorsements, cancellations, and policy changes
Follow up on cancellation notices and ensure timely resolution
Provide backend account support; limited to no direct client-facing responsibilities
Support construction and pool-related commercial accounts
Utilize Applied Epic for policy administration and account management
Collaborate with internal producers and account teams to maintain service standards

Required Skills & Experience
2–3 years of experience in insurance customer service or account management
Experience supporting commercial or personal lines accounts
Familiarity with COIs and policy servicing workflows
Experience managing or supporting a book of business
Exposure to construction-related accounts or specialty lines
Working knowledge of Applied Epic or similar agency management systems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills & Experience

215/230 insurance license
