Remote Commercial Title Examiner (CA)

Insight Global is seeking a Remote Commercial Title Examiner to support an industry‑leading title company. This role focuses on commercial buildings, commercial agricultural land, farmland, and large acreage parcels across California. The examiner will independently search and examine public records to determine the legal condition of title and produce California title reports and title commitments for high‑liability files. This is a single‑seat examiner role requiring strong judgment, deep title knowledge, and the ability to handle complex, multi‑parcel properties. While the position is fully remote, candidates must have strong title examining expertise. This person will work in the PST time zone.

• Strong core knowledge of title examination
• Proven ability to search using legal descriptions and grantor/grantee indexing
• Advanced understanding of metes and bounds
• Ability to work independently in a single seat production environment
• Strong technical and computer literacy

Experience with Softpro and Title Point
Extensive experience examining California titles
Commercial agricultural experience
