Job Description

Our client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team for their integration of Genesys Cloud Contact Centre. The Genesys Project Manager will act as the single point of contact for Teva / ANDA throughout the Genesys Cloud implementation. This role is responsible for end to end project delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies are actively managed while driving execution through the Genesys delivery methodology, standardized governance, and recurring status reporting. You will serve as the primary point of contact between Genesys and customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. You will own and track all aspects of project delivery, including scope, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies and guide the project through the Genesys implementation methodology, from initiation through go live and post go live support.

Required Skills & Experience

- Hands on experience managing Genesys Cloud / contact center implementations
- Strong project management discipline with experience in:
Enterprise IT delivery, Multi vendor coordination & Executive level status reporting
- Experience working with telecom, security, and architecture stakeholders in large enterprise environments
