Job Description
Our client is looking for a Functional Business Analyst to join their Accounting Team in Weston, FL. You will be brought in to support the Accounts Receivable systems and process improvement. You will analyze the current cash application systems and processes, document the end-to-end workflow, identify pain points/bottlenecks, evaluate and prioritize solutions. The goal is to automate manual processes with use of AI/ML to match payments to invoices.
You will help to implement Implement EDI 820’s with corporate customers (New) to automate cash application. Evaluate existing EDI 820 processes (customized for each customer) and standardize the reconciliations. You will assist SMEs with JDE implementation, on the business side, conducting current state analysis and design future state processes, including integrated systems and interfaces (TPS, Banks, credit rating companies, and HighRadius). This role is hybrid and goes onsite 3 days a week (Tues-Thursday) in Weston.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of Business Analysis experience
Experience in the Accounts Receivable process
AR System experience (HighRadius, GetPaid or similar)
EDI Experience
JDE or other ERP experience
Process Improvement experience
