Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a mechanical assembler. This assembler supports the assembly, testing, and inspection of precision components and assemblies in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals starting their manufacturing career and offers hands-on experience working with tools, drawings, and work instructions. The technician will learn to perform assembly and inspection tasks while following established procedures and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent
0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or technical environment (training provided)
Ability to follow detailed instructions and learn new processes
Basic mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Willingness to learn inspection, assembly, and testing procedures
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Basic communication skills for reporting issues and asking questions

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Soldering/Brazing experience
