Site Location: Cottle County TX
Per diem: GSA

This role specifically focuses on managing and overseeing the daily operations of all contracted owner supplied material for an assigned project. You will act as the owner rep. Candidates will be responsible for tracking and reporting all modules, battery and inverters being delivered to their specific site. You will be a key component in quality control, maintaining and scheduling 3rd party logistics carriers, foster and maintaining relationships with our vendors, construction contractors (EPCs), and other partners. Each candidate will be responsible for daily and weekly reporting duties, overseeing safety within your work area and around site. This role does not require relocation; however, the ideal candidate will have the ability to travel swiftly within their region.

Duties & Responsibilities
Manage multiple phases of the logistics activities.
Solar Module, Power Inverter, and Battery Delivery
CSV Uploads
Error Report Reconciliation with ISC
BOL Uploads, with pictures supporting delivery and damages on site
Damaged Modules/Damage Validation and Warranty Claims (if applicable).
Recycling Efforts – Quotes and Coordinating Recycle Pick up
Interdepartmental Communication – ISC, EPC, Site Team, SMC, PM, RM, etc.
Share safe and effective off-load & recovery plan and site delivery rules
Build and Maintain Relationships
Maintain safety standards and PPE compliance
Submit weekly Logistics Reports
Adhering to and ensuring site team understand SOP’s

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years knowledge of Unifier Software or other Reporting Systems.
Experience as a Team Lead, managing others; working with teams typically up to 5 personnel
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
