Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager for one of our large CM clients to support various Hospital, Healthcare, and Higher Ed projects in the Tampa area.
Coordinate site and office operations as they relate to the completion of the project. This includes estimating, purchasing, engineering, accounting, and construction activities.
• Establish and maintain the master construction schedule; including procurement of contractors and materials, fabrication and manufacturing lead times, field coordination and installation, owner directives, architect directives, delays, field conditions, etc.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with the Owner, Architect and consultants. This includes but is not limited to:
a. Meet at regular intervals with the Owner and Architect for the purpose of reviewing all aspects of the project.
b. To keep the client currently advised on the status of the Project Budget & Schedule.
c. To be available to the owner and architect to advise and counsel.
