Insight Global is seeking a skilled Asphalt Paving Operator to operate asphalt paving equipment and support paving operations to ensure high-quality roadway and surface installations. The Asphalt Paving Operator plays a critical role in maintaining proper material flow, mat consistency, and overall productivity while adhering to project specifications and safety standards.

Operate asphalt paving equipment, including pavers, rollers, and related machinery
Control paving speed, material flow, and alignment to meet project specifications
Work closely with the screed operator, foreman, and ground crew to ensure smooth paving operations
Monitor asphalt temperature, material consistency, and surface quality
