Job Description
Build Salesforce platform backlog refinement to align with CareFirst objectives of performance improvement, optimization, simplification.
Lead Community of Practice (COP) routines/cadences and forums with enterprise architects, value stream leads, solutions managers, and technical developers.
Guiding the overall Salesforce strategy (clouds, roadmap, Salesforce alignment, org strategy, cross sector collaboration and reuse).
Collaborate with technical leaders and Salesforce to guide key design decisions.
Participate in in-take process Salesforce Platform vetting and solutioning.

Required Skills & Experience
10-15 years of experience with Salesforce architecture
Experience working with AI and Data Cloud frameworks within Salesforce
Salesforce Architect certification
Extensive experience with Salesforce development
Excellent communication and experience working with global teams
