Insight Global is looking for a Assembler Level II-this person will primarily focus on brazing experience. The Brazer Assembler – Level 11 is a highly skilled, senior‑level technician responsible for performing complex brazing and assembly operations on precision components and assemblies. This role requires advanced technical expertise, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and a strong understanding of brazing processes, materials, and quality standards. The Level 11 Brazer Assembler serves as a subject matter expert, supporting production goals, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.

Required Skills & Experience
Extensive hands‑on experience in brazing and mechanical assembly in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Advanced proficiency in brazing techniques (torch, induction, and/or furnace)
Strong ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
In‑depth knowledge of metals, alloys, heat effects, and joint preparation
Experience using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on high‑complexity builds
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards
Physical ability to perform manual assembly tasks, including standing, lifting, and working with hand tools
High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Certification in brazing, welding, or related skilled trades
Experience in aerospace, HVAC, medical device, or high‑precision manufacturing environments
Familiarity with ASME, AWS, ISO, or other regulated quality standards
