Job Description
Our client is looking for a Marketing Product Manager to join their team in Coral Springs, FL. We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager that comes from a background in CPG. Classical Brand Management is ideal as this role owns portfolio analysis, growth initiatives, media planning and product/commercial launches. This role will be a key contributor in developing and taking to market a number of growth-driving initiatives that drive product trial, repeat and consumption frequency among core consumer segments. You will support product PDP audit across main categories for all regions and actively participate in PDP development and
optimizations. You will ensure product positioning on all marketing collateral, including on-pack claims, CAM brochures, Web & AMZ image and text listings / meta descriptors, emails, social media posts, and Affiliate briefs per audit findings and brand/product guidelines. You will actively partner with cross-functional team during development of product marketing campaigns and promotions: ensure positioning in copy and creative for web, amazon and social. You will be across the clients core categories/segments as well as innovation (new products). This role is onsite and required to be in office Monday through Thursday (with Friday being remote).

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years in product management or product marketing roles preferably in a global CPG company
- Brand management experience
- Media planning experience
- Experience with consumer research, insights development and translating these into actionable business growth
initiatives
- Data driven, analytical and with expertise in consumer, product and brand metrics
- Proven track record of successfully positioning products based on insights, performance and claims (functional and/or emotional) to generate trial programs
- Excellent problem solving skills, strategic thinking, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in a DTC business model would be a plus
