Job Description

The Service Desk Analyst provides high volume support to patients who need help accessing and using their online health portal. A typical day includes answering 40 to 45 inbound calls, walking patients through password resets, account login issues, and basic navigation steps. The analyst guides callers on clearing browser cache and cookies, linking family accounts, and resolving simple access errors using a shadowing tool that lets them see what the patient sees. They document each interaction in the ticketing system and escalate more complex health record issues when needed. The work is customer-focused and requires strong communication, patience, and the ability to stay calm with upset callers. The role is remote but requires Orlando residency for potential future hybrid work.

Required Skills & Experience

Hospitality experience (hotels, theme parks, Publix, chic-fil-a)
Trainable with basic computer and browser navigation
Strong willingness to learn and ask questions
Clear, friendly phone communication skills
Comfortable speaking with upset or confused customers
(great for someone looking to dip their toe into IT)
