Mobile Operations Manager

A client of Insight Global is transforming the locksmith industry with cutting edge robotics and mobile service technology. We’re looking for a Mobile Operations Manager to run a fully equipped mobile key cutting and programming van.

Job Description:
• Operate a mobile workshop van and travel to partner retail locations alongside 1-2 other technicians.
• Provide car key duplication & programming (standard, chip, fob, remote)
• Deliver exceptional customer service and solve real-world problems quickly
• Use a tablet/POS system to manage sales, inventory, and daily performance
• Maintain a clean, organized mobile workspace and be professional
• Supervise 1-2 technicians and provide training and development as needed.

Must haves:
- Experience programming and cutting car keys
- Leadership experience (team lead, manager, supervisor, etc)
- Customer service mindset & strong communication
- Comfortable working with and leading others
- Tech savvy with tablets/apps; mechanically inclined
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check

Compensation: $65,000 + uncapped commission
