Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager (3–5 years) to support a growing Cyber PMO overseeing eight active, enterprise‑level cybersecurity programs, each requiring dedicated project leadership. All initiatives are currently in early execution phases, and the organization is expanding the PMO to add four additional PMs, with each PM owning one or more programs depending on scope.
This role requires a strong cybersecurity background (required) and experience driving high‑visibility, SDLC‑focused IT initiatives while partnering closely with Cybersecurity, Risk & Compliance, Engineering, and Business stakeholders. The PM will be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery, executive‑level communication, and proactive risk management across complex security programs.
Primary program areas include:
• Identity & Access Management (IAM) – multiple concurrent initiatives
• Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) – including platform migration to Fortress
• Vulnerability Management
• Threat Detection & Response
Candidates may come from any cybersecurity domain, but hands‑on exposure to security programs is required.

Hourly Pay Range: $45-50

• 3–5+ years of project management experience within IT or Cybersecurity environments
• Cybersecurity background required (GRC experience preferred; IAM, Vulnerability Management, Threat Detection, or other cyber domains acceptable)
• Proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale, high‑visibility initiatives
• Strong understanding of SDLC, system integrations, and technical delivery concepts
• Hands‑on experience with Jira and Confluence for tracking, reporting, and documentation
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to create and deliver executive‑ready presentations
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills, including presenting to senior leadership
