Coach teams and leaders to evolve from process‑driven agile to a true agile mindset
Assess current agile maturity and help define a clear path forward
Support struggling teams across product, technology, and program delivery
Identify systemic impediments and partner with leaders to drive improvement
Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and coaching sessions focused on continuous improvement
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on agile maturity and organizational change

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of Agile Coaching experience in technology environments
Strong background in product and program delivery
Proven experience supporting enterprise agile transformations
Demonstrated success helping organizations move beyond “doing agile”
Strong facilitation, coaching, and influencing skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
Agile certifications (ICP‑ACC, ICP‑ATF, SPC, CSM, etc.)
Experience using or improving agile maturity models
