Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support daily human resources and administrative operations in Odessa, FL location. This role plays a key part in supporting payroll processes, employee onboarding, recruiting coordination, and general office administration while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

Location: Odessa, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (preferred)
Work Environment: On-site, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with payroll approvals, timesheet reviews, and related administrative functions
Support new hire orientation and onboarding logistics
Conduct or assist with phone screenings for open positions
Provide administrative support for HR events and executive needs, including mail coordination and ordering lunches
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of confidential information
Assist with front desk check-in and visitor coordination as needed
Review and process timesheets and assist with mailing and general administrative tasks
Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative duties and special projects as assigned

Required Skills & Experience

High School Diploma or GED required
Previous experience in an HR, administrative, or office support role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Comfortable working fully on-site in a professional office environment
Experience supporting payroll or timekeeping systems
Familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding and recruiting coordination
Strong customer service mindset and professionalism

Degree in Human Resources
