Job Description

The Application & Device Support Analyst is a mid-level role responsible for the deployment, configuration, and ongoing support of enterprise mobile devices and the applications that run on them. This position goes beyond basic device management - the ideal candidate brings a QA mindset to application-level troubleshooting, navigating live environments, identifying issues, and escalating findings with clear documentation. The role operates within complex, secure enterprise network environments and requires a solid technical foundation across networking, cloud platforms, and client-server systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, mobile device management, or application support roles.
• Hands on experience with MDM tools.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate enterprise applications, test functionality, and report issues in a structured way.
• Experience supporting enterprise level, secure private networks (not just public/consumer environments)
• Understanding of basic networking concepts: TC/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANS, and firewall configurations.
• Working knowledge of relational databases at a conceptual level (e.g., understanding how data flows between application layers).
Basic SQL or log analysis experience
