Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a candidate to join a large medical group as a Licensing Manager, supporting the Central Verification Office in a fully remote capacity. This individual will oversee the end‑to‑end licensure process for physicians and advanced practice providers across multiple states, ensuring all licenses, renewals, and regulatory requirements are completed accurately and on time.
The Licensing Manager will lead and mentor a team of Licensing Specialists, serve as the subject matter expert for practitioner licensure, and partner closely with credentialing, provider enrollment, compliance, legal, and operational teams. This role plays a critical part in mitigating licensure risk, supporting timely provider onboarding, and preventing disruptions to patient care and billing eligibility. The ideal candidate has strong multi‑state licensing experience, proven people leadership skills, and a deep understanding of regulatory and compliance standards in a healthcare environment.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/.
