Position Overview:
We are seeking an Administrative Claims Contractor to support the Mechanical Claims Department. This role is primarily responsible for handling inbound documentation, maintaining accurate claim records, and assisting with document collection to ensure claims are processed efficiently and timely.
Key Responsibilities:
Process incoming mail from lenders and other external parties
Enter and maintain documentation within the claims system
Make outbound calls to lenders and related parties to request and obtain required documents
Ensure all necessary documentation is received and properly logged so claims can be reviewed and processed
Support the Mechanical Claims team with general administrative tasks as needed
Work Schedule & Location:
Onsite 4 days per week to manage and process incoming physical mail
Standard business hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break
Pay Rate - 17/hr

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications:
Background in automotive finance is required
Prior claims experience is a strong plus
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Comfortable making outbound phone calls
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage documentation accurately
High school diploma or GED
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred Experience:
Experience working with claims systems
Familiarity with mechanical claims processes
