Job Description

We are seeking a Patient Relations Manager to support our MDVIP-affiliated primary care practice. This role ensures an exceptional, concierge‑level patient experience while managing membership engagement, communication, and daily front‑office operations.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for MDVIP members and deliver a high‑touch service experience
Manage membership onboarding, renewals, and retention outreach
Coordinate annual wellness exams and MDVIP program requirements
Oversee patient communication, reminders, and practice updates
Support scheduling, referrals, and administrative workflow
Maintain compliance with MDVIP standards and practice policies

Compensation: $40k - 60K Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications:
MDVIP experience
Experience in healthcare administration, patient relations, or concierge service
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
EMR and patient‑portal proficiency preferred
