Day-to-Day:
A large regional health system in North Florida is seeking a Senior Epic Ambulatory Analyst to support enterprise scheduling operations. The ideal candidate brings strong Cadence or MyChart build experience, including template management and decision‑tree optimization, along with Cadence or MyChart certification and any additional Epic certs as a plus. This analyst will be responsible for some project management work. The role requires a self‑starter who can independently own build tasks, workflow optimization, and upgrade support with minimal ramp‑up. The contractor will work closely with clinical operations, leadership, and cross‑application Epic teams to ensure stable, efficient scheduling workflows. This role reports to the Ambulatory/Access IT Manager.

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
• Ambulatory Certification
• Cadence AND/OR MyChart Certification
• Additional Epic certs strongly preferred (Preface, RTE, Prelude, Ambulatory, Radiant)
• 7+ years of Epic application experience in a healthcare system
• Proven experience owning Epic Cadence build (not shadow or advisory roles, Epic build needs to be in production (prod))
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows in ambulatory settings
Ability to own stakeholder interactions and influence decision making
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses:
• Experience across multiple Epic modules beyond ambulatory
• Patient Questionnaire experience
• Prior experience in Enterprise Epic upgrades
• Familiarity with structures intake tools
Experience working directly with provider leadership and operational stakeholders
