Job Description
We are seeking a senior‑level UKG Workforce Dimensions Consultant with deep functional and configuration expertise across UKG’s timekeeping ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands‑on experience building approval rules, configuring pay code logic, and working with integrations within UKG Dimensions (formerly Kronos). This role will be heavily involved in establishing the foundational UKG framework for a newly created legal entity, partnering closely with project leadership to design, configure, and optimize UKG modules.
This is a functional configurator role, requiring strong domain knowledge, the ability to translate requirements into system design, and confidence building complex rules, CRTs, pay policies, and integrations.
Pay rate range: 90-96/hour

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of experience with UKG applications
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience specifically with UKG Workforce Dimensions
• Strong functional expertise in:
○ Timekeeping
○ Approvals
○ Analytics
• Experience developing approval rules, approval policies, and procedures
• Hands‑on configuration of:
○ Pay code rules
○ Timesheet rules
○ CRTs
○ Payroll‑related rules
○ Integrations (e.g., timekeeping to payroll, other HR systems)
• Ability to function as a UKG configurator, not just a business analyst
• Senior‑level capability to build complex foundations for a new entity
• Proven ability to solve complex functional/timekeeping challenges (CRTs, approvals, rules, payroll, and integrations)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations, especially tying timekeeping data to SF EC or other modules
• Prior involvement in large‑scale UKG foundational or greenfield implementations
• Broader UKG module configuration experience beyond Dimensions
• Experience designing solutions for newly created legal entities or HR structures
• UKG or Kronos certifications
