Job Description
The Finance Manager will oversee the finance and analytics team, driving accurate financial reporting, operational metrics, and high-quality analytical insights for leadership. On a day-to-day basis, this role partners closely with sales, operations, and corporate teams to analyze pricing, profitability, capacity, and performance, while responding to ad hoc analytical requests. The manager builds and maintains financial models, prepares presentation-ready materials for senior leaders, and ensures timely and accurate month-end close activities. They lead and support cross-functional process improvement initiatives, prioritize team workloads, and ensure analytics outputs meet high quality and business-impact standards.

Required Skills & Experience
CPA or MAcc (master’s in accounting)
Month end close experience
Proven ability to lead a team
Experience with financial systems and reporting
Ability to create complex financial models for analytics around profitability, pricing, and operations
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with COGNOS or Crystal Reports
Intermediate SQL query writing skills
Oracle ERP Experience
