We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and support executive leadership in driving the company’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong experience in cash management, P&L oversight, balance sheet management, and financial reporting. This individual will work closely with the CEO, participate in leadership meetings, and ensure the financial health and transparency of the organization.

Required Skills & Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all day‑to‑day financial operations, including cash management, general accounting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Manage, coach, and develop a small team of 2–3 finance and accounting professionals.
- Prepare, analyze, and present P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports to executive leadership.
- Lead month‑end and year‑end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to support strategic decision‑making.
- Maintain and enforce internal controls, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Participate actively in leadership and operational meetings, providing financial insights and recommendations.
- Work with auditors during internal and external audit cycles.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Leverage systems such as Salesforce or QuickBooks to maintain accurate and efficient financial records.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of professional finance or accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Prior experience overseeing a team is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, QuickBooks, or similar ERP/financial systems.
- Must be local to Miami, FL and able to work onsite at Bayfront Park.
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a strong plus.
- Experience in Big 4, public accounting, or an audit-focused background is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-finance leaders.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and dedication — traits that are essential to the CEO.
