Job Description

Principal Salesforce Developer with strong architectural expertise to serve as a shared resource across two platforms and lead development efforts for ParaLink, an enterprise provider repository built on Salesforce. This is a lead-level role requiring both technical depth and leadership presence—someone who can own solutions end-to-end and confidently engage with senior stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

Salesforce Expertise:
Strong knowledge of Service Cloud and Health Cloud.
Familiarity with Security Cloud; Experience Cloud is not required.
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and integration patterns.
Technical Leadership:
Proven experience designing and implementing solutions as an architect while remaining hands-on with coding.
Ability to mentor and perform code reviews.
Healthcare Industry Background:
Experience with healthcare providers (e.g., CVS, Aetna, BCBS).
Knowledge of claims processing (non-pharma focus).
Soft Skills:
Executive-level communication and conflict resolution.
Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.
