Salary: 130k + bonus
My client is seeking a mid-level Technical Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of lending features and customer-facing products from concept through launch. In this role, you will help shape the product roadmap, translate business needs into clear technical requirements, and partner closely with engineering to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment, enjoys solving real-world problems, and can balance speed with quality. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, compliance, and sales to deliver solutions that meet market needs and support business growth.
The initial focus of this role will be on enhancing and improving existing products, with involvement in a net-new product initiative currently in development. You will primarily oversee one core product workflow, centered on improving the direct lending business, while supporting the intake and delivery of new features.

Required Skills & Experience
· 4+ years of experience in technical product management in SaaS or FinTech
· Proficient with Jira, Confluence and technical documentation tools
· CRM experience (they use HubSpot and Salesforce)
· Experience with APIs, data models, system integrations, and cloud infrastructure
· Reporting tools: Looker, Tableau, Power BI or similar
Experience and proficient writing clear technical requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
