The Business Analyst acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and solutions align with organizational goals. This role focuses on analyzing processes, documenting requirements, and supporting project delivery across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Required Skills & Experience
• Requirements Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for new initiatives or enhancements.
• Process Analysis: Evaluate existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
• Project Coordination: Support project management activities, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Documentation: Create detailed process maps, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Testing Support: Assist in developing test scenarios and validating solutions against requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and resolve roadblocks.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Office, process mapping software, and basic data analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• SharePoint - SharePoint "development" building with SharePoint - gathering information
• Microsoft Office Suite
