Job Description

The Senior Software Developer is responsible for architecting and implementing complex solutions for applications. This role involves building and optimizing small to very large implementations with little to no outside guidance using current industry standards. The Senior Software Developer will work closely with Business Owners and Sponsors to ensure their applications are efficient and meet expectations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, experience in mentoring junior developers, and a commitment to compliance with company security and privacy policies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years experience in architecting and implementing complex software solutions.
• Proven track record of building and optimizing large-scale applications.
• Experience in mentoring and assisting junior developers.
• Strong understanding of company security and privacy policies.
• Experience with Continuous Integration practices
• Excellent documentation and knowledge transfer skills
• Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities
•Prior experience in leading/mentoring execution focused development teams
