- Building modern web experiences using React, powered extensively by Sitecore CMS
- Delivering fast, accessible, mobile-first UI that is authorable, resilient to real-world content variation, and built with strong automated test coverage
- Build React UI components integrated with Sitecore CMS (authorable, reusable, resilient
- Implement mobile-first responsive UI and ensure strong accessibility (WCAG-minded
- Optimize performance and stability (Core Web Vitals: LCP/CLS/INP
- Integrate with APIs and handle loading/error/empty states clean
- Support controlled rollouts and A/B testing / experimentation in a clean, performance-safe way (Optimizely experience is a plus)
- Own quality end-to-end through automated testing and the right level of code coverage

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience building production‑grade web applications using React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience developing e‑commerce solutions with a strong mobile‑first mindset
- Hands‑on experience with headless or hybrid CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Contentful, or similar technologies
- Proven ability to consume headless services and compose services to support scalable front‑end experiences
- Advanced proficiency in unit and integration testing, using frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cucumber, or comparable tools
- Strong testing discipline in environments where code is deployed directly from development to production
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering robust, reliable code with comprehensive automated test coverage
- Experience building cloud‑native applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Prior experience working with Sitecore, including content‑driven and headless implementations
- Hands‑on experience with Optimizely, particularly for experimentation, personalization, or conversion optimization
- Experience using Datadog or comparable APM/observability tools to monitor application performance and reliability
- Demonstrated ability to responsibly leverage modern AI‑assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery efficiency
- Strong proficiency in Node.js for building scalable, high‑performance backend services
- Proven experience delivering customer‑facing e‑commerce experiences, including product discovery and browsing, search, product detail pages, cart and checkout flows, promotions/discounts, and conversion‑focused UX
- Solid understanding of CDN and edge‑delivery architectures, including caching strategies and their impact on performance and user experience
- Hands‑on experience developing and deploying solutions on Microsoft Azure
