Insight Global is looking for a remote Sr. IT Project Manager with strong expertise in Data Analytics & Business Intelligence to lead a global analytics program from a project management standpoint. In this role, you’ll guide a high‑visibility, strategically important initiative within the healthcare and medical devices space. The focus is on advancing enterprise data modernization, strengthening analytics capabilities, and supporting data‑driven decision‑making across multiple business units. The Project Manager will oversee cross‑functional alignment, manage vendor partnerships, and ensure effective execution using Agile and hybrid delivery models.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree + 8 years, or Master’s degree + 6 years of related experience.
8+ years of experience leading IT projects of medium to large size in matrixed environments.
Expertise in compliance frameworks like FDA, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11.
Proficient with tools like Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Smartsheet's, MS Project, Power BI
Proven experience leading projects involving data platforms (Snowflake, Azure) and analytics tools, and visualization solutions (Power BI, Tableau).
Experience in regulated industries, with a strong preference for exposure to medical validation projects.
Experience managing vendor/SIs relationships, enforcing SOW/T&M terms, negotiating boundaries, and resolving conflicts between system integrators.
Demonstrated ability to manage governance processes, including steering committees, executive-level reporting, and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
PMP Certification (Project Management Professional)
CSM or Advanced ScrumMaster (ACSM) or SAFe
Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, and DevOps methodologies
