Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to join their team. This Project Manager will be responsible for helping a team of Technical Writers, Controls Specialist, and Commissioning Specialist build on onboarding document for all current and new employees joining the organization. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and client requirements. This role involves managing timelines, monitoring progress, optimizing processes, and ensuring quality standards are met. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project success.

Required Skills & Experience
Establish project timelines and ensure adherence to milestones and deliverables.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve delays to keep projects on track.
Ensure all deliverables meet company requirements and quality standards.
Conduct quality reviews of work products and status reports.
Provide performance management and deliver feedback to team members based on stakeholder input.
Lead process optimization initiatives and develop reporting frameworks.
Escalate issues through appropriate channels when necessary.
