Our Client is looking to bring on a local to Miami Florida, Technical Business Analyst who can handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast pace environment. The ideal candidate will come from a very strong technical background, and have very hands-on experience in creating runbooks, test scripts, and test plans. This person will work hand in hand with both internal teams and vendors to identify technology solutions and drive execution of complex projects. This person will need to have strong attention to detail, the ability to understand business needs, and the capability to translate those needs into technical specifications and deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience
• Must have 7+ years of experience as a Senior Technical Business Analyst with a strong technical background in an IT-focused environment (preferably within security)
• Strong experience creating runbooks, test scripts, and test plans from scratch
• Hands-on experience in systems integrations, solution implementations, and troubleshooting
• Expertise in creating and executing test scripts for multiple platforms (web, mobile, APIs)
• Strong technical background in SQL, data modeling, systems integration, and relevant development languages (Python, Java, or similar)
• Strong in tools such as Jira, Confluence, TestRail, and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Heavy project management style skills, and organizational skills to drive projects forward
• Experience working directly with vendors to identify, implement, and manage technology solutions
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Past experience within cybersecurity or security environment
