• 1+ years of experience in lease administration or property management roles OR a recent graduate with a degree in business, finance, accounting, or real estate.
Microsoft Office experience.

Required Skills & Experience

Insight Global’s client is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join their team. The APM will be responsible for administering the day to day site financial and operations matters for different properties of the quick service restaurant sites.

Responsibilities:
• Works closely with Asset Management, Lease Administration, Development, Legal, Finance and Accounting
• Setup vendors for payment, and modify contact/banking information for existing vendors (Landlords, contractors, professional services)
• Reconcile and work on collections of debt.
• Draft and create lease abstracts for new agreements
Communicate with Landlords, Franchisees, and external vendors on a variety of real estate matters which arise in day-to-day operations
