Job Description
This person will be responsible for creating strong design skills with an understanding of email marketing best practices to produce responsive, on-brand email templates that drive engagement and conversions. This person should be experience with designing email templates aligned with brand guidelines, creating responsive email layouts optimized for various platforms, collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualize and execute email campaign, as well as monitor and optimize email performance metrics through A/B testing and analytics.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of experience with UX/ UI design within email development
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Proven experience in email design, HTML/CSS and AMPScript coding
Strong understanding of marketing analytics, performance tracking, and marketing automation workflows
