Translates business needs into agent requirements. Lead process mapping and ensure agents deliver measurable value. Acts as a bridge between SMEs and technical teams.
• Core Responsibilities:
o Conduct workshops and interviews with SMEs
o Document process flows and agentic value mapping
o Define user stories and acceptance criteria
o Maintain and groom the product backlog
o Validate agent functionality against business goals
o Support change management and user onboarding

Required Skills & Experience
- Domain knowledge with MS Copilot Studio
- Experience with Power BI, Visio, and Azure DevOps
- Has supported AI projects/programs with a technical understanding
- Business analyst working experience
