Insight Global is assisting a client of ours in the Coconut Grove, FL area who is seeking to hire a Sr. Executive Assistant for a direct hire role. This client has been operating out of the United Kingdom for the last 5 years supporting a single family and their estate, but the company has recently branched out and opened a US based office.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders in a dynamic, high-impact industry, providing invaluable support that contributes to the success of the organization.
The successful Executive Assistant will demonstrate emotional intelligence, adeptness in building strong relationships, and experience operating at the C-Suite/Board level. This role operates at a fast pace with high expectations. Expertise in diary management is essential, along with the ability to efficiently organize extensive worldwide travel arrangements. Attention to detail and being extremely organized are also crucial attributes for this role.
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support and will act as a trusted partner, ensuring seamless operations, effective time management, and enhanced communication. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience of working in a similar role supporting multiple executives.
• Ability to work independently, with a strong attention to detail and a demonstrable capacity to make high quality operational decisions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• High numeracy and experience working with large data sets.
• Advanced level in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly confidential, exercise absolute discretion and display strong judgement.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Bilingual in Italian or Spanish
• Real Estate background or experience with a real estate company
• Experience or comfortability in a startup / fast paced environment
