Job Description

is hiring a full-time Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing Team in our Fort Lauderdale office. This experienced role is ideal for creative and driven individuals with 2+ years’ experience in marketing, preferably in the A/E/C industry. The Marketing Specialist will support a fast-paced department focused on delivering exceptional professional services and brand representation for CORE. The team produces high-quality proposals, presentations, event coordination, and various other creative projects to support the company's growing needs.

The Marketing Specialist will contribute to a team dedicated to exceeding client expectations and finding innovative ways to enhance services. This position focuses on creating proposals, presentations, marketing collateral, graphics, communications, content, and coordinating events. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, collaborative, detail-oriented, and excels at managing multiple priorities under pressure. A passion for writing and editing is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
Proposal and Presentation Development:
· Design and produce professional-quality proposals (using Adobe InDesign) and presentations (using PowerPoint) tailored to specific clients and projects.
· Collaborate and lead internal teams to gather content and ensure materials align with brand standards.
Event Coordination:
· Support the planning and execution of company events, including logistics and promotional materials.
· Assist in coordinating conferences, trade shows, and other marketing-related events.
Marketing Collateral and Graphics:
· Develop engaging marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional items.
· Create visually compelling graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, maintaining consistent brand identity.
Communication:
· Assist in drafting and editing written content for marketing campaigns and collateral.
· Manage and create content for various platforms and purposes, enhancing the company’s online presence.
Administrative and Team Support:
· Maintain organized project files and track deadlines for multiple assignments.
· Participate in team meetings, offering creative input and solutions for marketing initiatives.

Compensation: $135k. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, creative, or related field.
2+ years’ marketing experience (AEC industry preferred, not required).
Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Detail-oriented; able to manage multiple deadlines.
Motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
Works well both independently and as part of a team.

Other Requirements

Full-time, in-office (Fort Lauderdale, FL).
Willing to travel as needed.
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
