Job Description

We’re seeking a dynamic and resilient Change Manager to support a large-scale IT transformation initiative spanning nine business lines and six major projects—two of which are highly active and fast-moving. This role will temporarily step into the responsibilities of a senior change leader, ensuring continuity and momentum across the program.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute change management and communication strategies across all IT initiatives.
• Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement activities, including in-person events and an upcoming expo (April/May).
• Create compelling presentations, success stories, and outreach materials to drive awareness and adoption.
• Maintain governance cadence and provide quarterly updates to leadership, showcasing progress and positioning for next steps.
• Integrate parallel initiatives into the broader transformation journey.
• Act as a key advocate for change, influencing reputation and perception—not sales.
50% Stakeholder meetings and engagement
30% Communications, presentations, and storytelling
20% Event planning and execution (mini-events and large expos)

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of recent experience in change management or transformation programs.
• Strong background in Marcom (Marketing Communications) and organizational change.
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to quickly absorb and adapt to complex environments.
• Experience supporting senior leaders directly.
• Resilience and ability to maintain momentum under pressure.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Background in branding strategy or consumer behavior psychology.
• Experience with reputation-building and influence (non-salesy).
• Familiarity with IT environments and cross-functional project work.
